My career has led me to specialize in managing and developing successful business operations related to the Structural Pest Control Industry.  Born and raised in the pest control business, I have extensive experience in strategic forward-planning; operating within tight financial disciplines and implementing budgets which I have helped to plan; methodical administration to deadlines (not to mention crisis management where necessary); and the application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and personal inter-relations).
